Angela Motto serves SVCEP as treasurer. She is Assistant Director of Admissions and Manager of an Alumni Parent Admissions Network at Susquehanna University. Angela grew up in Northumberland, PA graduating in 1999 from Shikellamy High School. She attended Susquehanna University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems. In December of 2007, Angela earned her Masters of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. |

William Clark is superintendent of the Milton Area School District since March 2004. He has a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University, a M. Ed. from Shippensburg University, and a D. Ed. from Pennsylvania State University. In addition to Milton, he was Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, High School Principal, Tech-Prep Principal, and Assistant Principal at St. Marys Area School District. |

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Mankato State University and Masters in Adult & Continuing Education from University of Michigan. Mary provided social work to juvenile and adult offenders, child abuse prevention, senior citizen advocacy, recreational work with children and teens in Minnesota and Michigan. |
