Thursday, March 19, on WKOK's Leaders and Lawmakers, SVCEP's president Lenaire Ahlum was interviewed along with Diane Bosak, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges. SVCEP's mission is to facilitate the establishment of a community college in the central Susquehanna Valley. The Project actually began on this very same radio station, with an interview on August 7, 2007 of a student who was traveling to Luzerne County for a community college education. |
